The opportunity: SP Data Digital’s Hi-Speed Fiber Sales business unit, GigRx, is currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Operations Manager to join their team. The chosen candidate will be tasked with leading and developing a team of Sales Leads and Agents and will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's Fiber Broadband business. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in managing operations and will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Team Leads and Agents. This includes assisting in hiring selection, performance evaluations, coaching, and terminations.
  • Sales Growth: Drive new Fiber sales and convert existing customers to Hi-Speed fiber solutions.
  • Forecasting & Strategy: Work with management to forecast sales, identify opportunities/challenges, and recommend solutions.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Use CRM to track sales activity and provide accurate status updates.
  • Client Relationships: Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP-Level Executives to address business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8-10 years of call center experience, minimum 1 year in call center leadership/supervisory role.
  • Sales Experience: 3-5 years closing sales in technology, preferably telecom (cable, telco, or fiber).
  • Leadership: 3+ years leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Skills: Presentation, communication, forecasting, analysis, business acumen, CRM proficiency.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Languages: English fluency, additional language preferred.

  • Full-time, salaried position
  • Competitive base compensation + bonuses, based on experience.
  • Program operation shift timings are between 10 AM and 9 PM EST, Monday through Sunday.
  • Unwavering integrity, drive, and continuous improvement are essential.
  • The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of fiber broadband and the ability to translate client needs into solutions.
