About the Role
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused B2B Sales Representatives to join our outbound sales team. In this role, you will connect with business decision-makers from small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) promoting NFL Sunday Ticket and Peacock Sports Network, identify business needs, and drive new customer acquisition.
This position is ideal for sales professionals who thrive in a remote, metrics-driven environment and are motivated by performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective business customers
Present and articulate the value of NFL Sunday Ticket and Peacock Sports Network
Ask targeted questions to uncover customer needs and identify sales opportunities
Effectively navigate objections and provide clear, confident solutions
Build and maintain strong product knowledge
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems
Maintain professionalism and compliance with company and client standards
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 6 months of sales experience
Previous experience in a call center or high-volume sales environment
B2B sales experience preferred
Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization, time management, and self-motivation
Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools
Confident computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications
Must currently reside in and be legally authorized to work in the United States
Technical Requirements:
This is a bring-your-own-device role. Applicants who use their PC for work must acknowledge that they owned their PC prior to applying for employment and they did not purchase the PC to become employed at SP Data Digital.
Operating System: Windows 11 (Apple devices and Chromebooks are not compatible).
Hardware: Minimum 16 GB RAM and an Intel i5 processor (10th generation or higher)
Internet: Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload.
Connectivity: Ability to work with an Ethernet cable connected to the modem.
Equipment: Webcam and USB headset required for communication and training.
