Our Hamilton site employs over 400 full-time employees and is located conveniently inside Jackson Square, and along a large variety of HSR routes. We are currently looking for an outstanding Site Director who is passionate about leading a team of Operations Managers to ensure continued growth of our business.

As an integral part of the IT team, we are looking for 3 Junior Software Developers. The successful candidates will assist in enhancing the IT infrastructure, the implementation of IT initiatives, and determining the strategic IT direction. The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to software development of ASP application, reporting, database procedures and schema.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop tools and applications necessary to support business objectives.
  • Design and implantation of functional easy to use web-based user interfaces.
  • Identify and initiate routine improvements in work processes to increase efficiency or reduce time, costs and security threats.
  • Actively participate in security related initiatives throughout the company and provide advice on IT security issues.
  • Provide problem solving services to business users.
  • Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions and access rights to company resources
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and procedure manuals.
  • Assist with projects and other duties as requested or assigned
  • Ensure that all corresponding technical documentation is produces and maintained
  • Assist in the research, evaluation, recommendation of new tools and technologies to meet business needs
  • Respond to security violations, contact appropriate personnel to report and resolve the violation
  • Assist with projects and other duties as requested or assigned

Required Skills:

  • Degree in computer science or related discipline and/ or equivalent work experience
  • Must have 2-3 years in IT Support
  • Must have C++, SQL and C# .Net experience
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well with all levels of the organization
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strict attention to detail
  • Mature and independent worker
  • Customer service oriented
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts or additional hours as dictated by business needs
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
