Reporting to the Project Manager, the Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing daily production reports to the Senior Management Team, and as well as other administrative duties.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of daily production reports
Maintain employee production reports
Responsible for the creation and deletion of spreadsheets with advanced functions
Ensure that all data is entered accurately
Produce daily, biweekly and monthly internal reports
Scheduling and payroll/incentive processing as well as client related audits and reporting
Use trends and reports to forecast requirements
Assist with projects and other duties as requested or assigned
Qualifications and Qualities:
Advanced MS Excel skills including building pivot tables and use of embedded functions
Sound understanding of call center metrics is required
Prior reporting experience in call centers is considered a strong asset
Advanced Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook is required
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Ability to work flexible hours as dictated by business needs
