$500 SIGN ON BONUS - TeleSales Specialist - $14/hr +bonus&incentives

What You'll Be Doing:

• Accurately document customer interactions within the appropriate systems to ensure consistency in customer engagement
• Apply techniques offered in training and coaching for continuous improvement towards sales and performance targets 
• Drive our client's revenue up by increasing the average spend through upgrades and new features 
• Adhere to quality expectations as set by the client and the company using high sales integrity practices and hitting key points for branding purposes 
• Craft a customer experience that supports brand loyalty and high levels of customer satisfaction 

Working hours are currently 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturdays. Shifts rotate weekly Monday to Friday week 1 and Tuesday to Saturday week 2. Appliacants need to be available to work any hours from 9am - 9pm, 7 days per week as hours may change with notice.

• Are a competent computer user with an ability to learn new software 
• Are self-motivated and able to complete multiple tasks at a time with ease 
• Willingness and desire to receive coaching and mentorship

If you have previous experience in customer service, retail sales, inbound customer service, outbound customer service, door-to-door sales or call centre then you'd be a phenomenal fit within our organization.

Skills and Experience: Sales experience is a bonus

Shift Hours: Candidate must be able to work a full time flexible shift within hours of operation, Sun - Sat, 9am – 9pm

Rate of Pay: Guaranteed full time $14 per hour plus unlimited Bonus and Incentives
