We are building a team of fantastic Customer Care Associate’s answering the calls of our Fortune 500 client's customers. While assisting with their customer service needs, you will be using your listening, problem solving, and decision-making skills with the goal of providing one-call resolution on every call.
Hours of Operation are 8:00 AM to Midnight, 7 days per week. Applicants need to be available to work flexible schedule within these hours
Location: 400 Sidney Street, Trenton (Walk-ins Welcome with Resume for on the spot interviews, 9am-5pm)
Skills and Experience: Call Centre, Sales experience is a bonus
Rate of Pay: Guaranteed full time $14 per hour plus unlimited Bonus and Incentives
Employee Discounts: 50% discount after 3 and 6 months on client related products and services
Start Date: Various start dates in July and August
