What You'll Be Doing:

As an Account Specialist, you will call existing customers to offer products. You will  engage them in conversation to understand their wants and needs and offer them various account  protection products.  .

You'll also:

• Accurately document customer interactions within the appropriate systems to ensure consistency in customer engagement
• Apply techniques offered in training and coaching for continuous improvement towards sales and performance targets
• Adhere to quality expectations as set by the client and the company using high sales integrity practices and hitting key points for branding purposes
• Craft a customer experience that supports brand loyalty and high levels of customer satisfaction

• Are a competent computer user with an ability to learn new software
• Are self-motivated and able to complete multiple tasks at a time with ease
• Fast learner with a willingness and desire to receive coaching and mentorship

Hours of Operation are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday to Saturday

Location: 400 Sidney Street, Trenton (Walk-ins Welcome with Resume, 9am-5pm)

Skills and Experience: Call Centre, Sales experience is a bonus

Rate of Pay: Guaranteed full time $14 per hour plus  Bonus and Incentives
