Job Description:

  • Processing new service orders start to finish.
  • Handling customer issues, questions, and up-selling products
  • Inputting relevant call information into PC.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly personal and team quotas/goals.
  • Transferring calls to other departments/call centers if customer requires
  • Transferring calls to other call centers or departments if the customer requires additional information or assistance
  • Documenting all sales calls
  • Handling 50-80 sales calls per day

Compensation/Advancement:

  • Base pay of $23K plus commission.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of six months of customer service experience within the last two years.
  • Consultative sales involve meeting sales quotas understanding a selling cycle/process, earning commissions/bonuses, and upselling.
  • Minimum of six months call center experience within the last two years.
  • PC familiarity and proficient typing skills 25 wpm
  • Strong technical skills and ability to explain the complex in simple terms.
  • Must be very articulate and professional
  • Full-Time shifts only 40 hours per week with OT available.
  • Hours of operation are 6:00am-11:00 pm (Must be flexible.) 7 days a week.
  • Schedules are determined on business needs. You will have a schedule before you are converted over to client.
