S&P Data is currently seeking Inbound Technical Customer Service Associates. As a customer service associate you are responsible for providing a positive interaction with our customers. Our service associates respond to a variety of calls concerning technical issues, billing, and customer inquiries. Other responsibilities including resolving your customers concerns, providing additional solutions and ensuring a timely completion of the interaction. A successful candidate is someone that is able to work in a fast paced and results driven environment, the ability to build quick connections with customers and provide a positive experience through professional communication.
