What You’ll Do

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Build trust, resolve concerns, and ensure every interaction leaves customers satisfied.
Convert Inbound Calls: Customers already own appliances — you’ll help them protect their purchase.
Upsell Extended Warranties: Show value, handle objections, and close sales with confidence.
Represent well-known brands: Create brand experiences for the biggest US brands.

What We Offer

What You Bring

The ability to speak and understand both English and Spanish fluently.
At least 6 months of customer service experience - call center experience an asset.
At least 6 months of sales experience — retail, phone, or otherwise.
The ability to build rapport with customers, have impactful conversations, be curious and welcoming
Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
Motivation to compete, win, and get paid for your performance.

Tech-ready: Windows 11 PC, headset, webcam, reliable internet.
Technical Requirements: 
This is a bring-your-own-device role. Your computer system needs to meet the following:

Operating System: Windows 11 (Apple devices and Chromebooks are not compatible). 
Hardware: Minimum 8 GB RAM and Intel I3 processor. 
Internet: Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload. 
Connectivity: Ability to work with an Ethernet cable connected to the modem. 
Equipment: Webcam and USB headset required for communication and training.

The Job:
As a fully remote Inbound Security Sales Associate, you’ll be:

Answering incoming calls from existing customers
Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs
Handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
This position is 100% inbound, existing customers only - no cold calling!
You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:

Sales experience, a minimum of 6 months perferred
Experience in a call center environment
Experience with upselling products 
A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs
Important Details: 

Fully Remote Position – Must reside in and be legally eligible to work in the United States
Must have open availability to work the below hours of operation 
Training: Monday – Friday 10 am – 5:30 pm EST (2 weeks)​
Nesting: Monday – Friday 10 am – 5:30 pm EST (2-3 weeks)​
Production:
Monday – Friday: Open from 9:00 am – 10:00 pm EST
Saturday & Sunday: Open from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST


Immediate start dates  
Must have a personal Windows computer running an up-to-date operating system that you can use for work. It must be able to connect directly to a modem with an Ethernet cable, minimum 8 GB available RAM, minimum internet speeds of 30 download and 10 upload
