Inbound Customer Care program dedicated to resolving billing enquires for existing customers with current ADT products and services. Requiring data entry, consulting customers, and deescalating irate customers. As an Inbound Billing Care Specialist, you will be answering customer calls, and working with customers to ensure the best experience possible!

What you will be doing: 

• Strive to understand customer’s situation and recognize the customer’s needs 
• Maintain a high level of competition and product knowledge 
• Provide quality service that will exceed customer expectations 
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality 
• Accurately document customer interactions within the appropriate systems 
• Apply techniques offered in training and ongoing coaching for continuous improvement towards performance targets 

What you bring:  

• Experience in technical or a call center environment (nice to have, but not required) 
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills 
• Flexibility to work varying shifts or additional hours as required by business needs 
• Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software  

Important Details: 

• Permanent Full Time Hours of Work: Shift timings are between Monday to Sunday 7AM – 1:30 AM EST 
• Base wage $12/hour + Commission  
• Dedicated and Distraction Free Workspace 
• Bring your own Device program:  Windows 10 computer,  Windows Defender Enabled or Anti-Virus software, Windows Firewall Enabled, Connection MUST be hardwired to router, No WIFI(Ethernet cable), Headset with microphone (USB), Built-in or extended Webcam, Internet Connection 15Mbps Download/6Mbps Upload, 4GB Physical Memory (RAM)
