Customer Service (Work From Home) 

This is an Inbound Customer Service role dealing with customers who have purchased ADT Blue (home security device) and have questions about their bill or issues with their new system.

What you will be doing: 

  • Strive to understand customer’s situation and recognize the customer’s needs 
  • Maintain a high level of competition and product knowledge 
  • Provide quality service that will exceed customer expectations 
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality 
  • Accurately document customer interactions within the appropriate systems 
  • Apply techniques offered in training and ongoing coaching for continuous improvement towards performance targets 

What you bring:  

  • Experience in technical or a call center environment (nice to have, but not required) 
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills 
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts or additional hours as required by business needs 
  • Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software 
  • Dedicated workspace that is distraction free 
  • Laptop/desktop with a hardwired connection to a modem (min 4GB memory, Windows 10 operating system, antivirus software, antispyware software, second monitor and 10up/3down internet speed) 
  • USB Headset with microphone 

Important Details: 

  • Permanent Full Time Hours of Work: Shift timings are between Monday to Sunday 8 AM - 12 AM EST open availability
  • Base wage $12/hour + bonus
  • Dedicated and Distraction Free Workspace 
  • Bring your own Device program:  Windows 10 computer,  Windows Defender Enabled or Anti-Virus software, Windows Firewall Enabled, Connection MUST be hardwired to router, No WIFI(Ethernet cable), Headset with microphone (USB), Built-in or extended Webcam, Internet Connection 10Mbps Download/3Mbps Upload, 4GB Physical Memory (RAM)
