We are looking for a Sales Enablement professional with experience in building and managing sales enablement initiatives across a high-growth sales organization.
You'll report directly to the Head of Learning and Development. However, you will work closely with Sales Leadership, Sales & Business Development, Revenue Operations, Product Management, and Marketing teams.
You'll play a critical role in driving the success of our sales team, ensuring every team member has the knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve our sales goals.
This is a highly cross-functional role, giving you the opportunity to collaborate to develop a systematic approach that equips all sales teams to be successful in every interaction with prospects and customers. You will be responsible to define, develop and train on sales methodology, process, tools and best practices.
What you will be doing:
In this role, you will design, develop, deliver and manage blended learning sales training programs aimed at our Sales Teams, Managers and to ensure a first-class onboarding experience for new S&P Data employees.
With ownership over selecting the most appropriate training method per case (e.g. on-the-job training, seminars, and simulations), you will always work closely with the commercial team to ensure training needs are met, either in one-on-one coaching and/or individual team training as needed.
You will manage continuous learning for commercial teams and implement a measurement process to measure the impact of sales training programs on those teams. You stay on top of all the training content to ensure it is current and relevant as well as utilize all learning technology (e.g., LMS, Lattice, Spekit, Walk.me, etc.) and stay up to date with employee development trends.
What you bring:
Extensive Salesforce knowledge – critical
A sales, marketing and training background with the ability to translate technical and sales knowledge into a training skillset.
Solid knowledge of softphone products including some, or all, of the following – Zoom, Ring Central, MS Teams etc
Strong knowledge of UCaaS
The ability to work independently.
The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Proven work experience in developing and delivering sales training and managing sales onboarding programs. You’ll have a background in coaching sales management at all skill levels and seniority, supporting SMB, mid-market, and Enterprise sales teams.
With extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques gained working in a high growth technology company it’s important you have experienced training a Sales organization that is a remote workforce and of course, additional certifications in training is a plus.
