Personal Support Assistant / personal companion assistant
An amazing opportunity for the right candidate, a caregiver role with a twist.
Due to our last personal companion assistant returning to high school for her final year, we are on the search for the perfect candidate to join our family.
This is a caregiver position with the elements of a personal assistant. The role entails being a caregiver and companion and providing a level of respite for the clients significant other. You will need to be organized, engaging and FLEXIBLE. Ideally this will be a Monday to Friday role with hours between 10am-4pm, but the clients are flexible on working hours (can accommodate studies or other various commitments). Keep in mind, you may be required to pivot your availability on short notice. You MUST be a full-time non-smoker, and MUST like dogs as there are two in the home (golden retriever- Chelsie and shih tzu – Sheba)
In the winter months, the clients head to Naples, Florida to escape the cold Canadian winter. For the ideal candidate, who has proven themselves and created a great bond and friendship with the client, an offer will be extended to accompany them (cost covered by clients) south for the winter months to continue providing support and companionship.
