The Job:

As a Remote Outbound Sales Associate, you will place calls to existing and past customers:

• Making outbound calls, promoting Tv, internet, mobility, security, and home phone
• Building rapport, and creating a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listen to the customer’s request
• Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs, and handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
• Review the customers’ file to ensure they’re receiving the best value for their account
• Developing relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution

You’d be a great fit if you:

• Are a sales-oriented individual with at least 6 months of sales experience  (Knowledge with up-selling, win-back, and renewals are an asset!)
• Have previous call center experience
• Have a quiet, distraction free place to work
• Have experience working with computers, and the ability to use multiple platforms at the same time with ease
• Are a problem solver, using past experiences and your creative brain to craft solutions that makes sense for our client and the customer
• Have the ability to connect a computer directly to your modem with an Ethernet cable while working

Recruitment process:  

• First interview with member of Talent Acquisition team on Zoom 
• Second interview with Operations Manager on Zoom 
• Employment paperwork and background check via email by HR team 
• Equipment deployment on site at our Toronto location (1920 Yonge St.) on designated day prior to training (Must be able to carry and transport desktop PC) 
• Attend day one training on Zoom from comfort of your home 

 Please note: All documents sent from HR must be completed and returned to be scheduled for equipment deployment and to begin training.
