Loan Verification Specialist - Training Starts June 11th

Your role:

Evaluating the accuracy of loan documents
Calculate income using pay stub and W2
Assess loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy
Achieve monthly production goals while maintaining quality standards
Provide exceptional customer service verbally and written

What You Need To Have:

Detail-oriented and accurate
Organized and able to multi-task
Must be flexible and ready to work in a dynamic production environment
Excellent communicate skills, both verbally and written
Professional, proactive and solution-oriented
Flexibility to work overtime including Saturdays as needed

Required Experience:

Associates or higher in related field (or equivalent work experience)
1+ years of related experience (e.g. bank teller, loan processor)
Proficient with Excel, and web-based applications
Financial Services industry experience

Guaranteed hourly rate: $13/hr, plus unlimited bonus potential

Location: 340 E. Big Beaver Rd #STE 300 (Walk-ins with Resume Welcome, 9am-5pm)

Skills and Experience: Customer Service, Call Center, Sales experience is a bonus

Shift Hours: Candidate must be able to work flexible shift within hours of operation 7am-midnight, 7 days/week

Rate of Pay: Guaranteed full time $13 per hour, plus unlimited Bonus and Incentives.
