Required Availability: Sunday through Saturday - 7am-12am

Wage: Starting $14.00/hour + Bonus

Location: Toronto (Yonge & Davisville)

Training: Fully paid at hourly wage

Full-Time: 40-44 hours per week (minimum 8 hour shifts)

Description:

• Addressing the customers concerns/needs in a professional manner
• Express understanding, patience, empathy working through the problem with the customer 
• Working in a timely fashion to meet all established deadlines
• Maintaining a high level of competitive and product knowledge
• Provide quality service that will exceed expectations
• Navigate through computerized system and accurately enter/track data
• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 and/or Post-Secondary Education
• Ability to pass criminal record check
• Strong understanding of internet technology
• Ability to build customer relationships over the telephone
• Strong written and verbal communications skills so you can express clear ideas to the customer
• Ability to multi task simultaneously; listening and thinking about solutions to offer our customers
