  • Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. 

The Job:

  • The Receptionist is responsible for the day-to-day support responsibilities and duties for ensuring authorized employees, guests, and vendors are welcomed into our office suite, accounted for by signing in and notifying the appropriate staff when need be.  

Duties:

  • Answer main telephone switchboard lines
  • Greet and welcome all employees and visitors
  • Creating all new employee file folders prior to all upcoming training classes and ensuring required new hire paperwork are compiled appropriately
  • Provide on-site support for Human Resources, Operation Managers with daily tasks such as, preparing for client/corporate leadership team visits, printing/scanning, mail delivery needs, etc
  • Assist Management Team with meeting preparations, reserving conference rooms to use: orders, beverages, cleaning, etc
  • Maintain front desk lobby area is clean and creates a “welcoming” environment for employees, clients, guests and vendors
  • Assist with projects and other duties as requested or assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have high school diploma with relevant receptionist/front desk work experience
  • Experience in an office environment, call center or sales environment is preferable
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality, professionalism, and sense of urgency
  • Ability to multitask
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Must have good computer skills, including (Outlook, Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Windows navigation and File Management)
  • Ability to relate well to all kinds of people with various personalities on all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 

The Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly rate will be discussed with the right candidate at that time
  • Eligible for 5 sick days upon employment plus eligible to earn up to 2 weeks of vacation within your first year
