What we offfer you 

$12 dollars and hour base pay PLUS uncapped bonuses and comminsions that are piad out monthly. Our average associate makes $15- $18 an hour.Opportunites to earn additional incentives and prizes.

 Bonus tiers: lower tier $0 - $3. Mid tier $3.50 - $8.00. High tier $8.50 - $14. Uncapped Bonus.

Your typical day at work

As an inbound sales associate for an elite security system company, You will be recieveing calls from loyal customers who are inquiring about their services.You will make them lucrative offers best suited to therir needs. In addtion,you will also make sure that the customers are getting the best value for all their products and services.Including...

•  Addressing the customers concerns in a proffesional manner 
•  Express understanding,patience,empathy working through the problem with the customer 
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge
• Maintaining high level of confidentiality 
•   Apply techniques offered in training and ongoing coaching for continuous improvment towards sales and performance targets

Requirements 

• Experience in consultative sales, customer service, retention and call center experience (nice to have, but not required)
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work varying shifts or additional hours as required by business needs
• Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software
• Must have HIGH SPEED INTERNET
• Must be able to hook computer up to motem 
• Must have an office type space for work
• USB headset is an asset
• Competed High School Diploma Or GED

Important details:

FULL TIME POSITION - Work week of 37-40 hours

Must have avaliablity for the listed operation hours below 

Shift timings are between 6:00 AM and 10:00pm Monday through Friday

6:00 a.m and 7:00 p.m Saturday-Sunday
