What you will be doing:

• Handle Outbound and Inbound calls from our existing customers working in our virtual Work from Home operating environment
• Build rapport, create great customer experiences by presenting product and service solutions that resolve customer requests and prevent customer churn by following through on commitments
• This includes asking probing questions, actively listening, explaining benefits, handling objections
• Achieve multiple performance metrics to earn uncapped monthly commissions
• Comfortable with outbound calling and managing multiple applications
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment; i.e. sales targets, call duration time, quality assurance, customer retention
• Manage call flows and provide first call resolution
• Meet company service and quality standards
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality

What you bring:

• At least 1-year experience selling a product or service; upselling experience preferred
• Experience in Call center environment is a plus
• Completed high school diploma or higher
• Available to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings, and weekends to meet customer demand
• Demonstrated skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
• Excellent active listening and communication skills
• Customer Champion: passionate about providing world class customer service and sales solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft tools: Teams, Office 365, Internet Browsing, and Multiple Tools Within Citrix) and comfort working with wireless devices
• Ability and Willingness to be seated for extended periods of time
• Ability to communicate proficiently in English

Important Details:

• Permanent Full Time Hours of Work: Shift timings are between Monday to Friday 2PM- 10:30 PM EST and Saturday - Sunday 10am – 6:30 pm EST
• Base wage $15/hour + Commission 
• Must Have Working Windows 10 computer/laptop with RAM memory of 8GB
• High Speed internet (15MBPS or greater)
• A physical space where you can fit your PC and Monitor near a router or modem that is private and free of distraction. This is important since you must be connected via Ethernet port and not by wifi. 
• Must have USB headset with microphone or willingness to purchase
