Assistant Vice President of Operations

The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Operations is responsible for providing the Operations Team at multiple locations with strategic leadership, corporate vision and development of operational requirements, processes performance improvements to deliver key service outcomes for continuous organizational growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, vision and direction to the Operations Team at Multiple locations to ensure all program(s) KPI are achieved
• Provide overall direction on all major projects
• Measure performance, activities and results of the Operations Team
• Drive revenue growth by working closely with Partners, President of Operations, Operations Managers and Client Service Managers to assist in securing new service opportunities and retaining current business
• Understand internal and external business and leverage industry knowledge to ensure high level of client satisfaction
• Report Operational results to both internal and client partners
• Lead and motivate team through effective coaching, performance management, rewards/recognition and career counseling
• Work closely with Senior Management team for all planning, budgeting, forecasting activities.
• Prepare and deliver revenue forecasts and budgets
• Produces numerous daily, weekly, and monthly business management reports

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of Call Center Operations Management experience required
• Proven Strategic business and revenue forecast planning experience required
• Demonstrated ability to influence sales growth and new achievements
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and manage a highly successful Operations team
• Demonstrated people, organizational and communication skills
• Adaptable and an ability to motivate action & results
• Demonstrated ability to be a 'team' player and motivate people to achieve outstanding results within a team environment
