We are hiring full-time HR Administrator who will be responsible for the maintenance and updating of employee records. Reporting to the Human Resource Manager our HR Administrator will handle the majority of employee documentation, and assisting with any other administrative tasks as they arise.

Duties:

  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records
  • Updating internal HR databases
  • Preparing HR documents when necessary
  • Answer employee queries about HR-related issues
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
  • Communicating with external partners and vendors
  • Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover
  • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has;

  • 2 years experience in an HR environment
  • Experience managing/working with employees who live in multiple states within the US
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role
  • Understanding various HR software systems, like HRMS, TalentNest, WorkDay etc
  • Computer literate with programs such as MS word, excel, etc.
  • Good understanding of labor laws
  • Organizational skills and ability to priorities
  • Interpersonal with good communicative skills
  • Flexibility to work various hours based on the needs of the business
