We are looking for seasoned, high-energy, and driven Sales Manager in Cleveland, Ohio with experience in SaaS technology and cloud-based conferencing tools (Zoom). 

You are a sale manager who can grow our customers business in key sectors by managing and developing a team of 10 – 12 Sales Representative to build continues pipeline for Small to Medium Business (SMB).  You will be able to identify new opportunities by leading and developing a winning team of sales professionals. 

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, Train, Coach and lead strategic SaaS sales team
  • Strategically lead the development of the sales pipeline
  • Responsible for exceeding sales target and product objectives outlined for SMB
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical and support resources as required
  • Create client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Effectively manage and orchestrate solution-style selling to close both strategic and transactional deals within sales cycle
  • Effectively utilize all company resources available le in supporting the sales team
  • Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Sales Leadership experience within a SaaS or tech company managing an inside sales team with proven record of achieving and exceeding quota
  • Direct SaaS/ Cloud selling experience SaaS video or web conferencing solutions selling experience preferred
  • Ability to motivate a team of high performing & experienced sellers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to access and develop trusting relationships with C-level business executives
  • Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills are required
  • Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, responsible, & self-motivated
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred
