Bilingual Retail Sales Associate - Lead Generation (Deerfield Beach)

As a Bilingual Sales Associate - Lead Generation (English/Spanish), you play a critical role in the store. You are a part of the team to create the best experience for our customers. We rely on you to lead the selling effort and share your love for home improvement with anyone and everyone.

What You’ll Do

• Be a role model of excellent customer service and achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Approach customers in store looking for home improvement/renovation
• Educate customers on product and service offered 
• Communicate and coach associates on sales and conversion drivers.
• Participate in store meetings and share your ideas to drive business.
• Be a role model for our values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Compassion, and Accountability.
• Self starter

What You’ll Need

• A positive attitude and lots of energy.
• Excellent sales skills (home improvement knowledge is a plus)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time well.
• Strong merchandising skills and an eye for visual details.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business.

Important Details:

• Your Shift:
• Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday - 9:45am to 6:15pm EST; Sunday – 10:45am – 7:15pm
• $17.00/hour + bonus
