Remote Inbound Security Sales Associate

What We Offer:

• Fully remote role 
• Two weeks fully paid training
• An hourly base of $12.00 per hour + bonus (Average earnings are between $12-$15 per hour based on attendance, upselling, and upgrading customers. Top agents are making $20-24 per hour!)

The Job:

As a Remote Inbound Security Sales Associate in the US, you will interact with existing customers who are wanting to purchase additional equipment for their home security system. You’ll be:

• Answering incoming calls, building rapport, and creating a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listen to the customer’s request
• Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs, and handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
• Developing relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution

You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• Sales and/or customer service experience, especially in a call center environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• An empathetic nature with the ability to relate to various personalities and age groups 
• Strong understanding of computers and an ability to learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms at a time
• Problem solving skills, using past experiences and your creative brain to craft solutions that makes sense for our client and the customer
• A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment

*Technical Requirements 

• Windows 10 computer (PC/laptop) - our remote work application is not compatible with MacBook, Chromebook, or Tablets
• Minimum internet connection: 15Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload 
• Need to be able to connect directly to modem with Ethernet cable, WIFI will not work 
• Minimum 4GB RAM 
• Dual monitor would be a plus, not a must have 
• USB Headset with microphone (as training is virtual this will be required for day 1) 
• Webcam will be required for training
