About the Role:

If you have 1-2 years or more of experience with a call center, sales and are tech savvy, then we want to hear from you!

We work with some of the largest accounts in the world and are looking for Business Development Representatives (Tier 2) to support our new project BB! The Cloud business is growing rapidly, and you will support our dynamic business strategy by executing outbound phone calls to qualify new opportunities. This is a full time, on-site position in mid-town Phoenix. Attractive hourly rate with 20% commission, full benefits of medical, dental, vision and matching 401k after 30 days of hire. 15 days of PTO and 6 paid holidays.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, and assess needs
  • Qualify opportunities and handle objections
  • Conduct C-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts
  • Explain Google products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating Google products
  • Collaborate closely with client to create a territory "plan-of-attack", including target companies, target prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks.
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process
  • Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails, coordinating strategic discovery meetings)

 

Requirements:

Tech savvy is a must!

1-2 years or more of experience in sales

Any cold calling or call center experience

Any business sales, or technical degree is a plus

Experience in consultative solution selling in B2B environment for technology products

  • Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • History of quota over-achievement
  • Knowledge of CRM system
  • Analytical mindset and go-getter attitude; self-motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the team
  • Proven success in generating leads and experience cold calling and presenting sales pitches
