Remote Appointment Setter

We are currently seeking Appointment Setters to work remotely. In this role you will be taking inbound calls to book appointments as well as reviewing applications to confirm completeness status. This position is right for you if you possess excellent customer service skills with a helpful, friendly and diplomatic manner in person and on the telephone.

Our Ideal Candidate has:

2-3 years customer service experience
Call center experience an asset
6 months + experience in a data entry role
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills
Own equipment, including a Windows 10 or 11 computer and USB headset
Experience in Microsoft tools, such as MS TEAMS and Office 365
Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to diffuse conflict and emotional situations
Ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality, and anticipate needs, thinking logically and creatively, exercising good judgement and acting independently
Strong ability to prioritize, adjust to changing priorities and successfully complete numerous short and long term tasks simultaneously
Ability to work from home in a quiet space, free from distraction
Must have open availability to work between M-F 11:30am-7:30pm EST
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual French/English is an asset

Must be double vaccinated from Covid 19 and will to provide
Connection MUST be hardwired to the router/modem with an ethernet cable; No WIFI
Internet Connection: 15Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload
USB Headset with microphone
Smartphone
Equipment will be picked up from our Toronto location at 1920 Yonge St on designated day before training starts. Must be able to carry and transport desktop PC.
