Remote Inbound Sales Representative

The Job:

As a  Inbound Warranty Sales Associate, you will interact with customers who have recently purchased an appliance and are looking to add an extended warranty. You’ll be:

• Answering incoming calls, building rapport, and creating a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listen to the customer’s request
• Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs, and handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
• Developing relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution

What We Offer:

• 100% Remote position
• Two weeks fully paid training
• An hourly base wage of $15.00 per hour + Bonus (Bilingual Spanish/English $17.00 per hour)
• Full-time position – 40 hours per week!

You’d be a Great Fit if You Are:

• 6 months + experience with sales 
• 6 months + experience with customer service
• Call Center experience an asset
• Must have a quiet area free from distraction to work
• Strong technical aptitude and an ability to learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms at a time
• Exceptional communicator with both verbal and written skills allowing you to communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Empathetic person with the ability to relate to various personalities and age groups and foster fast relationships with customers so sales become easy
• Problem solver, using past experiences and your creative brain to craft solutions that makes sense for our client and the customer
• Eager with a willingness and desire to receive coaching and mentorship
• Currently residing and working from the United States

Technical Requirements

• Windows 10 or 11 computer required
• 8 GB RAM
• Minimum Intel I3 processor 
• Ethernet Cable connected to modem required
• Internet speeds 15Mbs download/5Mbs upload
• Webcam required for training
• USB Headset
