Job Title: Account Executive

Location: USA Remote

Compensation: $55,000 USD per year base salary + performance-based bonus

Travel Requirement: Up to 25% for onsite visits and events

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Executive to manage ongoing relationships with clients and support key marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, distributing marketing materials, supporting onsite events, and managing incentive tracking and earnings communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
    • Understand client goals and align internal resources to support them
  • Marketing Material Distribution
    • Coordinate and distribute promotional and marketing materials
    • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and updates to clients
  • Event Support & Onsite Visits
    • Attend and support up to 25% of events and onsite client meetings
    • Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner
    • Assist in event planning, logistics, and follow-ups
  • Incentive Program Tracking
    • Monitor and track client incentive programs
    • Ensure accuracy in performance reporting and rewards
  • Earnings Communication
    • Communicate earnings reports and updates to clients
    • Provide clear summaries and respond to related inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Comfortable with travel up to 25% of the time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Currently residing and legally authorized to work in the United States
