What You'll Be Doing:
You receive calls from customers with questions, requests, or comments about their service and take full ownership of their issue. Research and resolve complaints using your product knowledge and service savvy with the goal of one-call resolution for every customer. And Look for opportunities to provide the customer with offers and solutions they may not be aware of to build value and brand loyalty
Hours: Must be available to work an 8- 9 hour between the hours of 8am-Midnight. You will be working 5 days with 2 days off
