What You'll Be Doing:

You receive calls from customers with questions, requests, or comments about their service and take full ownership of their issue. Research and resolve complaints using your product knowledge and service savvy with the goal of one-call resolution for every customer. And Look for opportunities to provide the customer with offers and solutions they may not be aware of to build value and brand loyalty

Hours: Must be available to work an 8- 9 hour between the hours of 8am-Midnight. You will working 5 days with 2 days off

  • Communicate clearly and build connection easily
  • Love the internet and know what's going on today in pop culture
  • Know how to relate to various personalities and age groups
  • Are a competent computer user with an ability to learn new software
  • Are self-motivated and able to complete multiple tasks at a time with ease
  • Willingness and desire to receive coaching and mentorship

Pay: $12.00/hr (January 1st will rise to $14.00) + bonus + health benefits
