The Job: Inbound Customer Service for a Fortune 500 media company. You’ll be helping wireless customers with the goal of meeting their needs and hopefully leaving them with a smile on their face.

You: Love talking to people and making people’s day. Are up to date on what’s going on in pop culture and media. Know how to get a message across quickly. Have a friendly, positive and winning attitude.

  • Ability to multi-task and simultaneously conduct a phone call
  • Experienced working with the public and comfortable engaging in conversation
  • Comfortable navigating a computer

Wage & Hours:

  • $14.00/hr + Health Benefits
  • 44 hours per week
  • Availability between 8am-12AM, Mondays to Sundays.
