Job Description

Work Week: 5 days working, 2 days off

Hours of Operation: 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am–11pm from Monday to Sunday

Wage: $14.25/hour + bonus (no cap) + health benefits

Location: Hamilton Downtown (Jackson Square)

Training: Fully paid! 

Full-Time: 40 hours per week

As an Inbound Retention Specialist for an elite telecommunications company, you will be receiving calls from loyal customers who are looking for inquiries about their cell phone services, and make them lucrative offers to suit their needs. In addition, you will also make sure that the customers are getting the best value for all their products and services. The goal is to keep the customer with the company!

As a Retention Sales Associate you must be able to:

  • Addressing the customers concerns/needs in a professional manner
  • Strive to understand each customer’s circumstances
  • Deliver on each customer’s unique need
  • Maintain a high level of competition and product knowledge
  • Provide quality service that will exceed customer expectations
  • Navigate through a computerized system and accurately enter data

Requirements include: 

  • Experience in sales or a call centre environment (nice to have, but not required)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  • Must have exceptional computer skills with the ability to navigate through the internet 
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts in between 8 - 12 hours as required by the business
