  • Three weeks of in-class paid training plus ample support as you transition into production
  • $12.00 per hour plus uncapped bonus. Our average associates make between $700-$1000 on average per month

The Job:

As an On-site Inbound Sales Representative, you will interact with customers regarding their services. Responding to billing, general customer service questions, and troubleshooting.

The duties:

  • Achieve sales objectives by promoting and selling various product and service solutions
  • Perform data analysis of current service utilization to identify and present additional services and special offers that provide an enhanced solution
  • Maintain a high level of competitive and product knowledge, including evolving technology trends in the relevant products and services portfolio you are promoting and servicing
  • Meet personal and team quotas and goals by actively applying techniques provided in training and mentorship

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills allowing you to communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner

  • You solve problems using past experiences and your creative brain to craft solutions that make sense for our client and the customer
  • Are self-motivated and able to complete multiple tasks at a time with ease
  • Willingness and desire to receive coaching and mentorship
