The Job:

As an on-site Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers regarding their services. Responding to billing, general customer service questions and troubleshooting.

What we offer:

  • Three weeks of in-class training plus ample support as you transition into production
  • $13.50 per hour (after you complete 30 days) $12.00 per hour to start
  • $500 Bonus paid out after 30 days provided you work your scheduled shifts.

The Duties:

  • Answering incoming calls, providing troubleshooting support and account questions
  • Develop relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution

Skills for Success:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills allowing you to communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to relate to various personalities and age groups and foster fast relationships with customers so sales become easy
  • Deep understanding of computers and an ability to learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms at a time
  • You solve problems using past experiences and your creative brain to craft solutions that makes sense for our client and the customer
  • Are self-motivated and able to complete multiple tasks at a time with ease
  • Willingness and desire to receive coaching and mentorship
