The ADT Canada Inbound Program is an Inbound Sales Program with a large security company.

Customers are calling in with questions regarding their current service or new service.

The representative is responsible to receive inbound calls from customers and try to understand their wants and needs, and offer them additional products and services. The goal of this program is to help the customer with their products and services, close the sale and or send a technician out to the location.

 

Requirements:

  • Energetic and Positive
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Has an excellent persuasive personality
  • Great communication able to deal with objections. Great communication with proficiency in English
  • Strong sales skills
  • Financially driven team player
  • Able and willing to sit for 8 hrs per day.
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Enjoys friendly competition
  • Excellent problem solving
  • Empathetic
  • Excellent computer skills. This program uses DOS based software and requires the ability to easily navigate multiple platforms simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn. Due to the nature of the program, (security systems/monitoring), ongoing learning will be required as security hardware and software requirements change often.
  • Honest
  • Able to develop relationships easily while identifying  and creating new ways to satisfy the customer’s needs, and communicate these solutions in a way the customer can understand.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicts
  • Able to identify your own emotions and how to use them to build stronger customer relationships.
  • Excellent work ethic. Attendance and punctuality is very important particularly
  • Strong sales skills with at least 1 yr upselling or door to door service industry
  • Excellent customer service 1 yr required.
  • Experience using Microsoft Tools such as Teams, and Office 365.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background
  • Must have direct access and ability to directly connect to the modem by the ethernet cable
  • High speed internet at least 10 download 3 upload
  • A quiet area to work

Must:

  • A quiet area to work
  • Be located in the Toronto area
  • Must be able to come onsite for 1 day.
  • Hi Speed internet with at least 10 download and 3 upload
  • Clean background
  • Ability and willingness to be seated for extended periods at a time.

 

Important Details:

  • FULL TIME POSITION - Work week of 40-44 hours (8hr shifts)
  • Shift timings are between 9:00 am–9:00 pm, Monday-Sunday, (8 hrs per day/ 40 per wk)
  • Immediate Start dates
