S&P Data is currently seeking to fill the position of Customer Care Associate, handling inquires for Direct TV.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Care associate, you would be assisting existing customers via telephone by providing insightful answers to questions and concerns that they have. This includes but is not limited to; billing inquires, installation issues, changing channel subscriptions & activating systems.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining timely problem resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Validating customer information and requests.

Analyze information presented by the caller to process the next step according to the nature of the inquiry.
Identify and resolve complaints while influencing the situation to achieve a mutually satisfactory solution ensuring the escalation process is followed as necessary.
Follow company communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Knowledge of company promotions and offerings

Requirements:

High school diploma/equivalent
18+ years in age
Clean criminal record, backchecks will be completed upon hiring
Call center experience is an asset
Customer service experience is an asset

Job type: Full-time permanent (40 hours per week)

Wage: $15.50 per hour

Hours of operation: We are open 7:00am-11:00pm EST 365 days of the year

Not Remote position: This is a work in office position at our St. John’s location
