S&P Data is currently seeking Outbound Sales Consultants who will be connecting with existing customers to offer the best in today’s mobility products and services. The successful candidates are those that can deliver an amazing customer experience by analyzing their current products and services to make recommendations to enhance the customers mobility experience.

Our Ideal Outbound Sales Consultant has:

1 year call center experience
1 year customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Not scared to start a conversation
Understand the importance of active listening, probing and empathy
Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills
Experience in Microsoft tools such as MS TEAMS and office 365
Ability to work from home in a quiet space, free from distraction
Be able to connect directly to the modem through an ethernet cable
High school diploma or equivalent

Required Availability: EASTERN STANDARD TIME Monday to Friday - 2pm-10:30pm, Weekends - 10am-6:30pm

Work Week: 5 days working, 2 days off

Location: Remote (must have direct access to a modem and a Windows device)

** MUST HAVE A QUIET DESIGNATED WORK AREA AND A WEBCAM **

Full-Time: 40-44 hours per week

Pay: $12/Hour + Bonus

Start Date: February 22, 2021
