The incumbent’s knowledge of small and medium business segment and its products, services and applications will allow him/her to have an advantage when closing sales in the business field




  • Lead a sales team focused on SMB customers in a high velocity B2B selling environment
  • Lead team performance against quotas and ensure sales objectives are met.
  • Know your numbers and pipeline, and inspire the sales team to key metrics.
  • Meet and exceed the sales activity metrics.
  • Perform other duties and projects, as assigned to support the growth of S&P Data’s business
  • Execute the role with the utmost professionalism.
  • Be well-versed in your team's daily and weekly sales processes.
  • Motivate sales team and foster positive work environment
  • Ensure that all customer needs are met and go above and beyond expectations to ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales campaigns and incentive programs in order to increase sales performance, customer service and productivity
  • Demonstrate leadership attributes
  • Manage workload by determining task priorities and set deadlines
  • Constantly demonstrate quality and excellence in duties and in choice of products and services
  • Show appreciation in regards to individual accomplishments within the team and as a whole
  • Efficiently work with others, promote open and honest communications and respect various point of views
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment within the team



You are a results-focused and people-oriented person with good reasoning abilities. You are competitive by nature- with others or yourself, and are motivated by being best in class. You easily motivate people with your inspiring nature and strong coaching ability and are able to pass these qualities onto other leaders who report to you.



  • Bachelor’s degree or similar
  • Coachable and flexible
  • 2+ years of field sales experience in the B2B – ideally in the telecommunications space.
  • Experience of funnel management
  • Working knowledge of the businesses and partners.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets
  • Understanding of the sales cycle in conjunction with business processes internally and externally
  • Self-driven and able to manage a diverse, high volume workload
  • Ability to quickly build productive relationships in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Well organized with effective time and activity management skills
  • Ability to apply entrepreneurial strengths in a driven, forward-thinking manner
  • Ability to close business while achieving a high level of customer and partner satisfaction
