Position Overview:
As a Customer Care associate, you would be assisting existing customers via telephone by providing insightful answers to questions and concerns that they have. This includes but is not limited to; billing inquires, installation issues, changing channel subscriptions & activating systems.

Wage: $15.50 per hour
Hours of operation: Monday-Sunday 10:30am-10:30pm (only 5 days per week)
Not Remote position: This is a work in office position at our St. John’s location
