S&P Data is currently seeking Sales Migration Associate who will receive and make calls to existing customers to offer the best in today’s mobility products and services. The successful candidates are those that can deliver an amazing experience by analyzing their current products and services to make recommendations to enhance their mobility experience.

Our ideal candidate has:

1-year call center experience
1-year sales experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Not scared to start a conversation
Understand the importance of active listening, probing and empathy
Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills
Experience in Microsoft tools, such as MS Teams and Office 365
Ability to work from home in a quiet space, free from distraction
Be able to connect directly to the modem through an ethernet cable
High school diploma or equivalent

Required Availability: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM EST, Weekends - 10:00 AM - 6:30PM EST

Work Week: 5 days working, 2 days off (40-44 hours/week)

Wage: $16.00/hr + unlimited bonus + benefits

Location: Remote

Technical Requirements:

Windows 10 computer software
Hardwired internet connection via ethernet cable
USB Headset with Microphone
Webcam (for training purposes)
