Manager, Leadership Development and Learning
Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, the Manager, Leadership Development and Learning
is responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders to create, manage, and deliver world class learning and development to our leaders in order to provide them with the foundation they need to be successful. You will create a baseline with our current leadership team and assess learning and development needs, delivery methods, and training effectiveness. You will facilitate all of the leadership development training as an on-going service to new and existing leaders.
Salary Range 70-90K
