Want to make a difference in the fight against COVID-19 from the comfort of your own home?

S&P Data is currently seeking Vaccine Appointment Setters with customer service experience to assist in the roll out of vaccines in Alberta and British Columbia. This position is right for you if you possess excellent customer service skills, a genuine care for customers, and you can easily build rapport and demonstrate empathy.

Our Ideal Candidate has:

1-year customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills
Experience in Microsoft tools such as MS TEAMS and office 365
Ability to work from home in a quiet space, free from distraction
Be able to connect directly to the modem through an ethernet cable.
Has their own equipment including a Windows 10 computer and USB headset
Available to work from 10 am to 10 pm (EST)
High school diploma or equivalent
