S&P Data LLC are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Junior Recruiterto join our energetic recruitment team and to provide support in a busy high volume environment.
This position is salary based with additional commissions to be earned!
What you´ll do:
Utilize various techniques, approaches, systems and tools (resume databases, employee referrals, college recruiting, career fairs, social networking and new technology) to identify top talent and build a solid talent pool
Ongoing research of sourcing and recruitment tools and systems to stay competitive
Actively building our employer brand and promoting S&P Data LLC as the employer of choice
In order to succeed, you'll need:
6 months+ of experience as a Recruiter in a Dynamic High Volume environment ideally a call center, staffing agency or similar
Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
Some experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools – Workday, Taleo or TalentNest
Focus on constant self-development and improving yourself in your field - You like to ask “why” and challenge the status quo
