As a Bilingual Customer Care Agent (English/Spanish), you play a critical role in our sales team. You are a part of the Team to create the best experience for our customers. We rely on you to lead customer care, vendor relationship, and share your love for home improvement with anyone and everyone.

What You’ll Do

  • Invoice and verify accounts accurately and in a timely manner
  • Verify inbound receipts for accuracy
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in a professional manner
  • Coordinate availability of product and schedule for vendors
  • Coordinate with Operations on special client requests; expediting when necessary
  • Serve as first point of contact to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain and file documentation in organized and comprehensive way
  • Partner with Vendors and Lead Generation team to research customer resolution

What You’ll Need

  • High School diploma or GED may be required depending on facility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English may be required
  • Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Home Improvement knowledge is a plus

  • Your Shift:
    • Thursday – Monday - 9:45am to 6:15pm EST
  • $14.50/hour
