The Job: 

Our client, one of the world’s largest and most recognized telecom brands, has asked us to expand our high performing customer retention team. 

We are looking for experienced candidates to use their high value selling skills to meet service to sales customer retention targets. You will: 

  • Retain customers at risk of terminating their service and reward loyal customers by reselling the value, features and benefits of our client’s amazing products and services 
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and thorough knowledge of our client’s products and services to resolve requests and retain accounts 
  • Engage customers by phone and create interaction experiences where customers end their call Happy, Satisfied and Feeling Valued 
  • Earn some serious monthly bonus payouts! 

This role is 100% inbound, no outbound or cold calling required!  

You’ll be a Great Fit if you are: 

  • An exceptional communicator with both verbal and written skills allowing you to communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner 
  • An empathetic person with the ability to relate to various personalities and age groups and foster fast relationships with customers so sales become easy 
  • Sales-oriented individual with at least 6 months – 1 year of sales experience – knowledge with up-selling, win-back, and renewals are an asset 
  • Intellectual with a deep understanding of computers and an ability to learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms at a time 
  • A problem solver, using past experiences and your creative brain to craft solutions that makes sense for our client and the customer 
  • Self-motivated and can complete multiple tasks at a time with ease 
  • Eager, with a willingness and desire to receive coaching and mentorship from our amazing Trainers, Team Leads and OM’s 

Our Recruiting process is laid out in the following steps: 

  1. Resume Review & Computer Validation*  
  2. Interview with Recruiter via Zoom 
  3. Interview with Operations Team via Zoom 
  4. IT System Launch Meeting via Zoom* 
  5. Background Check & Formal Employment Documents sent via email from our HR team 
  6. Training Start Date  

*Technical Requirements 

  • You must have a Windows 10 computer software (PC/laptop) -not compatible with MacBook, Chromebook, or Tablets
  • Minimum internet connection: 15Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload 
  • Connection MUST be hardwired to the router with Ethernet cable, WIFI will not work 
  • Minimum 8GB RAM 
  • Dual monitor would be a plus, not a must have - please disregard if you get a warning 
  • USB Headset with microphone (as training is on Zoom this will be required for day 1) 
  • Webcam will be required for training
