The Job: 

As an ONSITE Inbound Commercial Sales Associate, you will interact with potential customers who are looking to add DirecTV services to their commercial establishment. You will be: 

  • Primarily answering inbound calls, with some outbound calling at times 
  • Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs 
  • Handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them 
  • Meeting and exceeding different KPI targets 
  • Promoting the value of our company for repeat business

You’d be a Great Fit if You have: 

  • Previous call center experience an asset 
  • At least 6 months experience working in a sales role 
  • A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment 
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Eager with a willingness and desire to receive coaching and mentorship 
  • Open availability to work assigned shift between the hours of 9:00am – 9:00pm, Monday to Friday 
  • The ability to travel to and work on site at our Cleveland location (1500 W 3rd St.) 

 Recruitment process:

  2. Second interview with Operations Manager on Zoom
