Remote Bilingual Spanish/English Sales Associate

The Job: 

As an Inbound Warranty Sales Associate, you will interact with customers who have recently purchased an appliance and are looking to add an extended warranty. You will be: 

• Answering incoming calls only, no outbound 
• Build rapport quickly to create great customer experience  
• Strive to understand customer’s situation and recognize the customer’s needs 
• Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs, and handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them 
• Developing relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution 
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality 
• Meeting and exceeding different KPI targets

What We Offer:

• Two weeks fully paid training 
• An hourly base wage of $15.00 per hour + Bonus ($17.00 per hour for Spanish) 
• Full-time position – 40 hours per week!

You’d be a Great Fit if You Have: 

• 6 months + experience with sales  
• 6 months + experience with customer service 
• Call Center experience, considered an asset 
• A quiet, distraction free area to work 
• Experience following a script 
• Ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections 
• A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment 
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs 
• Fully bilingual in Spanish an asset 
• Currently residing in the United States

• Windows 10 or 11 computer required 
• 8 GB RAM 
• Minimum Intel I3 processor  
• Ethernet Cable connected to modem required 
• Internet speeds 15Mbs download/5Mbs upload 
• Webcam required for training 
• USB Headset
