The Job:   

SP Data Digital is seeking Outbound Winback Sales Specialists to join our growing team. The team consists of specialized outbound call center members who are responsible for reinstating customers who have disconnected their accounts. They conduct a thorough account review to identify any service breakdown and offer customized solutions for service and pricing based on customers' needs. Our goal is to ensure long-term satisfaction for our customers. 

Main Responsibilities: 

As an Outbound Sales and Winback agent you will: 

  • Resolve customer issues within established guidelines and policies to save customers.  
  • Have the ability to balance customer service skills with retention and sales. 
  • Maintain a high level of competitiveness and product knowledge 
  • Provide quality service that will exceed customer expectations 
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality 
  • Simultaneously navigate and update multiple online tools and applications. 
  • Meet or exceed all performance metric goals for the program 

What you bring:  

  • Minimum 1 year of experience selling a product or service  
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service  
  • Previous retention experience is considered an asset 
  • Experience in a call center environment is considered an asset 
  • Sales experience in internet, cable, wireless, etc. an asset 
  • Ability to sell and build customer relationships over the telephone 
  • Completed high school diploma or higher  
  • Available to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings, and weekends to meet customer demand

  • Must have a dedicated and distraction-free workspace  
  • Internet Connection MUST be hardwired to the router with an ethernet cable (No WIFI)  
  • Internet speeds minimum 15Mbps Download/6Mbps Upload  
  • Headset with microphone (USB)  
  • Built-in or extended Webcam
