The Job:

As a Bilingual (French/English) Remote Sales Specialist for a major telecommunications company, you will place calls to existing and past customers:

• Making outbound calls to promote various services such as TV, internet, mobility, security, and home phone.
• Building rapport, and creating a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listening to the customer’s request
• Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs, and handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
• Ensuring customers receive optimal value by reviewing their accounts
• Building meaningful connections with all customers through active listening, empathizing, and collaborating to find effective solutions

You’d be a great fit if you:

• Are fluent in speaking, writing, and reading both French and English
• Are a sales-oriented individual with at least 6 months of sales experience (Knowledge of up-selling, win-back, and renewals are an asset!)
• Have previous call center experience
• Have a quiet and distraction-free workspace
• Have experience with computers and the ability to multitask proficiently across platforms.
• Have the ability to connect a computer directly to your modem with an Ethernet cable while working
• Minimum home internet speeds of 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload 

Recruitment process:  

• First interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team on Zoom 
• Completion of required assessments
• A second interview with an Operations Manager
• Employment paperwork and background check via email by the HR team 
• Equipment deployment or shipped depending on location
• Attend day one training on MS Teams from the comfort of your home
