The Job:

As an Inbound Warranty Service Associate, you will interact with customers who have purchased an appliance care plan and are looking to make or follow up on a repair claim. You’ll be:

  • Answering incoming calls, building rapport, and creating a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listening to the customer’s request
  • Investigating customer's accounts to understand what services they have purchased and file or follow up on repair claims
  • Developing relationships with customers by using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution
  • After a resolution is found, probing is required to upsell additional protection on existing appliances

You’d be a Great Fit if You:

  • Have 6 months + of experience in customer service 
  • Have 6 months + of experience with cross-selling or upselling
  • Have call center insurance experience (an asset, not mandatory)
  • Are a problem solver, using past experiences and your creative brain to craft solutions that make sense for our client and the customer
  • Are eager with a willingness and desire to receive coaching and mentorship
  • Are currently residing and working in the United States

What you will be doing: 

  • Handle inbound calls from our existing customers working in our  remote operating environment 
  • Build rapport and create great customer experiences by presenting product and service solutions that resolve customer requests 
  • This includes asking probing questions, actively listening, explaining benefits, handling objections 
  • Be sales-focused, driving incremental revenue by upselling our products to existing customers 
  • Achieve multiple performance metrics to earn uncapped monthly cross-commissions 
  • Manage call flows and provide first-call resolution 
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality 

Technical Requirements

  • Windows 10 or 11 computer required
  • 8 GB RAM
  • Minimum Intel I3 processor (CPU)
  • An ethernet cable connected to the modem is required
  • Internet speeds 15Mbs download/5Mbs upload
  • Webcam required for training
  • USB Headset
